Coumadin Clinic

If you're taking wafarin or low-molecular weight heparins, you can stop in for a 15-minute office visit to have your therapy assessed and have an instant finger-stick INR taken. This allows our clinical pharmacists to make dosing adjustments before renewing prescriptions. In addition to being able to leave PharmaCare with instant INR results, a dosing regimen and next scheduled follow-up appointment, patients can rest assured that their regular physician will receive the same results and instructions within the next day or so.

Located in the PharmaCare Center, The Healing Place is the first center of its kind in the area, offering a range of skincare, apparel, prosthesis, lymphedema garments and hair care products and accessories for patients. Patients can also receive a custom fitting for human or synthetic hair at The Healing Place.

The Healing Place has social workers, image consultants and care coordinators on staff that can give you welcomed advice on how to use these products to enhance your natural beauty and bolster your self-esteem. At The Healing Place, we want you to feel beautiful again!

Hypertension Clinic

Designed for patients who have high blood pressure, the Hypertension Clinic at Florida Hospital Celebration Health's PharmaCare Center will perform a physical evaluation to help identify the root cause of high blood pressure. The clinic caters to the needs of patients who are having difficulty controlling their blood pressure or who are on multiple medications.

Lipid Clinic

It's well known that abnormal cholesterol levels can lead to serious complications, including heart disease. The focus of the Lipid Clinic is to help you manage you cholesterol, especially if you've been recently diagnosed with elevated blood lipids or need specialized treatment because of complications. Treatments include dietary modifications, medication management and counseling.
